The pictures on the Ruger site don't show a front sling attachment either. The rear attachment is non-QD. Maybe someone who has one will chime in a while.

Harris makes an adapter that allows a sling swivel stud to be mounted to/through one of the ventilation holes on a GI-style AR handguard, but Ruger has made so many little "tweaks" to their AR (re)design, I'm not positive that the adapter will work on the Ruger handguard.
