Deep freezer cold plunge.

I am struggling with the cost of all the ice for my baths. I went a health club recently and they had an ice bath, looked like a standard commercial chest freezer to me. I am in the market for a chest freezer to fill with water so I can bath in it, but I am unsure about the sizing. I am not a huge guy, 5'6', about 82KG (180lb). STEP 6: APPLY POND SHIELD.
