My litter robot will constantly say Offline in the Whisker app. I have thoroughly troubleshooted this issue and have concluded that there is an issue with the LR4 and NOT my network. I'm a network engineer in my job. This is a widely known problem on the LR4 by researching online. No cat sensor faults and no offline errors for the past 2 days. Update: I chatted with Whisker support this morning and learned a few things. After 3 Cat Sensor faults, the Litter Robot 4 has a safety feature where it will no longer cycle.
