Tech put on a scanner, with in 1 hour had the issue solved and tightend the eyelets to the ground bolt. Disconnect the shifter linkage/cable and shift the gears on the trans just to make sure its not something on your valve body thats stuck. If thats fine make sure your brake switch is working, if it somehow moved then it wont release the switch to release the lock.
