Anyway, I noticed my trigger finger kept getting pinched between the trigger and pistol frame. I've never noticed this on any handgun before especially a 1911 where there is no gap between the trigger and frame.

It's already hard enough to find one for it as is. You'll have to make your own. I'd suggest getting busy on the basics of shooting. A laser does not make you a better shot under pressure.
